At YaaDevi, every creation is carefully selected, inspected and thoughtfully packed to ensure it reaches you safely.

Returns are accepted only for products received damaged or incorrect. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video showing the package, shipping label and product. Photographs may also be requested for verification.

Once the concern has been reviewed and approved, a suitable replacement or refund will be arranged, subject to availability and applicable terms.

As our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, print or finish are a natural part of the artistry and are not considered defects. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference or such natural variations.
